Refund Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026Purse Pro is bought through the App Store or Google Play, never from us directly. This page explains what that means for refunds and how to ask for one. It is part of our Terms of Service.
01The short version
- Purse is free to use on the Free plan. Only Purse Pro, the optional monthly subscription, costs money.
- Apple or Google takes the payment for Purse Pro. We never receive your card details, and we cannot issue a refund ourselves.
- Refund requests are made to, and decided by, the store you bought from, under its own refund policy.
- You can cancel at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
02Cancelling Purse Pro
Cancelling stops future charges. It is not a refund: you keep Pro until the end of the paid period, and then your account returns to the Free plan with all of your data kept.
Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from Manage subscription in the app, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting the app or your Purse account does not cancel a subscription. The full details are in our subscription terms.
03Refunds on iPhone (App Store)
Apple handles every refund for purchases made on an iPhone:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you used to buy Purse Pro.
- Choose "Request a refund", pick a reason, then select your Purse Pro purchase and submit.
Apple decides whether to approve the request and tells you the result. We are not part of that decision and cannot change it.
04Refunds on Android (Google Play)
Google handles refunds for purchases made on Google Play:
- Open your Google Play order history, find your Purse Pro order and choose "Request a refund" or "Report a problem".
- Requests are judged under Google Play's refund policy, which is easiest to meet soon after the purchase.
If Google Play points you back to us, email [email protected] with your order number (it starts with "GPA") and we will look into it with you.
05What is not refunded
We do not give refunds or credits for a part-used subscription period. If you cancel partway through a month, Pro simply stays on until that month ends.
Moving from Pro back to Free does not delete anything: you keep, edit and delete everything you created.
06Billing problems
If something looks wrong, for example you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or paid for Pro but it did not unlock, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with. Tell us the store you bought from and include the order number or receipt, and we will help you sort it out with the store.
If Pro has not unlocked after a purchase, first try Restore purchases in the app while signed in to the account you bought it with.
07Your legal rights
Depending on where you live, consumer law may give you a right to cancel or to a refund in some situations. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Because Apple or Google is the seller that takes your payment, those rights are normally exercised through the store.
08Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Purse changes. The date above shows the latest version. Questions? Reach us through Settings > Contact Support in the app, or at [email protected].
